Simone Tavolucci is an work and organizational psychologist, He graduated in 2019 in the master’s degree program in applied psychology in work contexts with a meta-analysis related to the construct of Regulatory emotional self-efficacy, then specialized with a master’s degree focused on International Human Resources Management at the University of Greenwich in London. After carrying out professional activities in several companies in Rome, both public and private, he is currently pursuing his industrial doctorate in partnership between the Department of Psychology at Sapienza, University of Rome and the consulting firm EY.
He primarily addresses topics related to self-regulation processes within the work context, with a particular focus on individual differences in modulating negative emotions, self-efficacy perceptions, and their relationship with emotional dynamics using longitudinal data. He specializes in the application of methodologies such as Dynamic Structural Equation Modeling (DSEM).
